BT-5 Vertical Baler

COMPACT VERTICAL WASTE BALERS WITH TINY FOOT PRINT

Europress BT-5 is a compact vertical baler for a wide ranges of use. Its large infeed opening and fast cycle time of just 34 seconds ensure easy compaction of various materials. With its 5 tons compression force, BT-5 produces very dense bales weighing up to 70 kg (plastic), and is a perfect entry-level baler for those with limited space.

The straight cylinder design of the BT-5 ensures a tiny footprint. With just 350 kg weight and low overall height of just 2,320 mm, they are easy to install even in to small spaces.

The baler operates on single-phase current (230V) and is therefore easy to bring in to use in all places.These balers are suitable for a wide range of materials including cardboard, plastics and textiles. The operating noise level remains low despite their stable and fast compression.

This baler can be retrofitted with Europress SMART, enabling integration to the Europress SMART Fleet Management system. The system provides insights on asset data and tools for streamlined fleet management.
